    Sustainable Materials

Sustainable products do not deplete or degrade the environment. We can rely on using these products into the future, at the same time reducing our environmental impact and ecological footprint.  All of these products are sourced with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certification.  This is a global certification system that lets the user identify materials from well managed forests and ensures a standard from timber and pulp up through the process chain, whilst offering full traceability.

These items are made from materials that have been used at least once before and recycled into your packaging. Re-using materials in this way saves on virgin materials, cuts down the resources involved in sourcing raw materials and reduces landfill. Some of these products maybe be able to be re-used or recycled again.

These products can be recycled easily, alongside normal household recycling, so they do not need to end up in landfill. Recyclable products can then be made into something else, reducing landfill waste and saving on raw materials, all helping the environment.

These products will rot away to nothing, within a few months rather than taking years or decades, not taking up space in landfill. They will do this without releasing toxic chemicals into the environment.

    Plastic Free

These products do not contain any plastics made from fossil fuels. Instead, they use natural materials which will biodegrade easily without polluting the environment or making their way into the ocean.

    Royal Mail Labels

    Bespoke Labels

Forms Plus work with the Royal Mail to create labels for our customers that adhere to all of their required standards and specifications.

There are different types of Royal Mail Labels, the most common size is now 6”x4” or 100mm x 150mm, which can be used on both despatches and returns. Other approved sizes are 93mm x 68mm, 78mm x 68mm and 82mm x 60mm. You can potentially use different sizes, but it is best to consult with the Royal Mail to ensure they will be accepted.

These labels can be on a roll to be used in a desktop printer, or integrated into a despatch note, ensuring a smooth picking and packing process. In our Online Shop you will find several plain forms that are compatible with the Royal Mail systems, including our FPS-15, FPS-16, FPS-20P, FPS-6P and FPD-5.

If you choose to have an integrated despatch note for your labels, you could include both a despatch and returns label. Forms Plus could print your branding, terms and conditions, returns codes and contact information onto the form, saving you more time and toner costs. We can not only print on the face of your forms, but the reverse too, saving complex duplex printing issues in your office/despatch department.

If you are using Royal Mail Labels for your returns, you may choose to have them pre-printed by Forms Plus. This will ensure that there is no number duplication and that your 1D and 2D barcodes are clearly printed and easily scanned, potentially saving a lot of time and unhappy customers. Our barcodes are tested rigorously in-house and by Royal Mail directly, giving you complete peace of mind. We will liaise with both you and Royal Mail to ensure that all of the coding and details are accurate, guiding you through the process step by step.

The new 2D barcodes on the Royal Mail Labels help to streamline the tracking process, making it easier for customers to trace their parcels at all times. Whether you are a current Royal Mail customer, or simply exploring your despatch and return options, speak to Forms Plus today and find out what we can do for you.
