Our Laser Label Range

Our A4 laser labels come in two formats and a wide choice of layouts to match the job:

Die-Cut Laser Labels (LL Range): rounded corners with high-tack adhesive, ideal for poly bags, cardboard cartons and curved surfaces. Available in many options from 1 to 40 labels per sheet.

Butt-Cut Laser Labels (EL Range): square-cut corners using the full A4 sheet edge to edge, ideal for address labels and document labelling. Available in many options from 1 to 24 labels per sheet.

A4 Label Sheets for Every Business Need

A4 label sheets are the standard format for office label printing. They sit on the A4 paper tray of any laser or inkjet printer, and because they are self-adhesive sticker labels, the only step after printing is peel and stick. That makes them the most flexible option for jobs that vary day to day: address labels for client mailings, printable label stickers for product packaging, asset tags, file labels, shelf labels and more.

The big advantage over thermal rolls is flexibility. With A4 labels you can print different labels on the same sheet, handle full-colour branding, and use the same machine you already use for invoices and documents. For mailrooms, offices and small despatch operations, A4 label sheets almost always make more sense than investing in a dedicated label printer.

Die-Cut vs Butt-Cut: Choosing the Right Laser Label

All of our laser labels are A4 label sheets, but the cut format changes how they perform in different use cases.

Die-Cut Laser Labels (LL Range) have rounded corners and a backing sheet with a gap around each label. The adhesive is high tack, so labels stay put on mailing bags, cardboard cartons and slightly curved surfaces. Choose these for parcels, despatch labels and product packaging.

Butt-Cut Laser Labels (EL Range) have square corners and no gap between labels, so they use the full A4 sheet edge to edge. This gives you a few more labels per sheet and works well for flat, clean surfaces such as envelopes, documents and files.

If you are not sure, the die-cut range is preferable for parcel and packaging jobs, and the butt-cut range is the safer option for addressing and office work.

Inkjet Labels and Printer Compatibility

All of our A4 label sheets will run through inkjet printers as well as laser printers. If you use an inkjet for shorter runs or colour-heavy branding, the same sheets work. The adhesive and backing are designed to feed cleanly through both types of printers, so you do not need to keep separate stock for each machine.

For best results, feed a few sheets at a time rather than a full ream, and run a single-page test print before committing to a large batch, especially if the label layout is unusual for your printer.

Address Labels, Product Labels and Beyond

Our A4 label sheets cover every common office and despatch use case. Address label stickers on the larger layouts (LL1, LL2, LL4, EL4) suit parcels, packaging and outer cartons. The 14 and 21 per sheet layouts are the traditional address label sizes for envelopes and client mailings. The 24, 30 and 40 per sheet layouts work well for product labels, barcoding, asset tags, filing and shelf labelling.
