Shopify Labels

Our Shopify Labels are integrated A4 sheets designed to work with the packing slip and shipping label output from Shopify. Each sheet combines a peel-off shipping label with a despatch note or customer invoice on a single page. You print the order, peel the address label, stick it to the parcel, and fold the note inside. One print per order, no separate label matching, and no cutting and sticking.

Shopify now supports collated printing of shipping labels and packing slips on A4 paper, so you can print both together in a single pass. Our integrated sheets are designed to align with this output, and they run cleanly through standard office laser and inkjet printers. We have the range in stock for next day delivery.

Single Shopify Integrated Labels: A4 sheet with one peel-off shipping label and a despatch note, for stores that handle returns separately.

Double Shopify Integrated Labels: A4 sheet with a shipping label and a second peel-off returns label, so the customer can return an item without printing anything themselves.


Bespoke Shopify Labels: custom branding, label sizes or adhesive on request, for stores that want their logo and order layout on every sheet.

How Integrated Labels Work with Shopify

When you fulfil an order in Shopify, the platform generates a packing slip and a shipping label. On a standard A4 page, Shopify resizes the shipping label to fit alongside the packing slip. An integrated label sheet takes this a step further: the shipping label prints directly onto the peel-off label area, while the order details and packing slip print on the A4 note underneath. You peel, stick and pack in one step.

If you use a Shopify app such as Printout Designer or a third-party packing slip template, you can fine-tune the print layout to match the exact label position on the sheet. For Shopify’s standard A4 collated output, our most popular layouts align without modification.

Including a Returns Label for Your Customers

If you use double integrated labels, the second peel-off label can serve as a pre-addressed returns label. When a customer needs to send an item back, the label is already in the box. No printing at home, no logging into their account for a returns slip, and no delays.

Shopify does not currently generate return shipping labels for UK-based stores directly within the platform, so including a physical returns label in the box is one of the most practical ways to offer a smooth returns experience without adding extra admin to your workflow.

Shopify, Royal Mail, Evri and Third-Party Platforms

Our integrated labels work with any workflow that outputs to an A4 printer. You can print direct from Shopify’s built-in shipping label feature, from Shopify Shipping via Evri or DPD, or from third-party platforms like Royal Mail Click and Drop, ShipStation, Shiptheory or Veeqo. The label position on the sheet is consistent across our range, so once your print template is set up, it works order after order without adjustment.
