Royal Mail Labels

We stock two types of labels suitable for use with Royal Mail.

Our Royal Mail Integrated Labels are A4 sheets that combine a peel-off shipping label with a despatch note or packing slip on a single page. You print your postage details and customer information onto the same sheet in a single pass, so there is nothing to cut, match or stick.

We also supply Royal Mail Direct Thermal Labels as thermal label rolls for desktop label printers. The most common format is 6 x 4 inches (100 x 150mm), with smaller approved sizes available for compact items.

As one of our Custom Services, Forms Plus also offer Bespoke Royal Mail Labels, pre-printed to Royal Mail’s current specifications, with fully compliant 1D and 2D barcodes on every label.

We stock two types of label suitable for Royal Mail – Integrated Labels and Direct Thermal Label Rolls.

Our Royal Mail Label Range

Thermal Label Rolls (100 x 150mm / 6 x 4″): the standard format for Royal Mail despatch and returns, for Zebra and other desktop label printers.

Integrated Labels (Despatch Notes): FPD-5, FPS-20P, FPS-15, FPS-16 and FPS-6P. These combine a picking note or invoice on a single A4 sheet, so you print the label and the paperwork in one pass. You can buy these as plain stock from us, or we can pre-print them for you with your branding, terms and conditions, returns codes and contact information to save time and toner costs. If needed, we can also print on the back of these labels.

Rolls or Integrated Labels: Which to Choose

If you run a thermal label printer and your workflow is parcel-by-parcel, Royal Mail Label rolls are the most efficient option. One scan, one label, straight onto the parcel.

If you print from a standard office laser or inkjet printer, or you want the customer invoice and shipping label on the same page, an integrated despatch sheet is the better choice. You get the note and the Royal Mail Label in a single print pass, with no separate label matching step.

Why Buy Royal Mail Labels from Forms Plus?

We have been supplying UK businesses with labels since 1981, and we work directly with Royal Mail to ensure every label we produce meets their current specifications. If you use our custom services, every batch is tested for barcode print quality and scan reliability before shipping, so you do not end up with parcels held up because of an unreadable scan. Bespoke sizes, colours and branding are available on request.
