Our Etsy Labels: FPS-19
Our Etsy Labels (FPS-19) combine a packing slip with a peel-off address label on a single A4 sheet. The customer order details print on the A4 note, and the address prints directly onto the integrated label, so you can pick the correct items, apply the correct address label and include the packing slip in the box, all from one print.
The label size is 45 x 32mm, sized for standard Etsy shipping addresses. Labels are sold in boxes of 100 or 1,000.
Why Etsy Sellers Use Integrated Labels
Most Etsy sellers start by printing orders onto plain paper and writing or printing a separate shipping label. That works at low volumes, but once you are processing more than a handful of orders a day, the manual steps add up: print the note, print the label, match the two, cut and stick. An integrated label removes that process entirely. The shipping label and the packing slip print together in one pass, so there is nothing to match and nothing to cut.
That matters on Etsy in particular, because many sellers are packing handmade or made-to-order items where each parcel is slightly different. The fewer manual steps between picking the item and sealing the box, the fewer chances for an address to end up on the wrong order.
Printing from Etsy and Third-Party Platforms
Our integrated labels work with any workflow that outputs to an A4 printer. You can print direct from the Etsy orders page, from Etsy shipping labels via Royal Mail or Evri, or from third-party platforms like ShipStation, Shiptheory or Zenstores. The label position on the sheet is consistent, so once your print template is set up, it works order after order without adjustment.
