Amazon Labels

Amazon sellers typically need two kinds of labels: Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA) barcode labels that go on individual products before they ship into an Amazon fulfilment centre, and despatch or shipping labels for merchant-fulfilled orders sent direct to customers. We supply both, in the formats Amazon accepts and in the quantities, professional sellers need.

Whether you are printing FNSKU barcode labels on A4 laser sheets for FBA inventory, running 6 x 4 inch thermal shipping labels for merchant-fulfilled orders, or using integrated despatch sheets that combine the customer invoice with a peel-off shipping label, we hold the standard ranges in stock for same day despatch.

FBA Barcode Labels: FNSKU and ASIN

FBA sellers have to label individual products with an FNSKU (or ASIN) barcode before sending stock into an Amazon fulfilment centre. These barcodes link your inventory to your seller account inside Amazon’s system. A misprinted, smudged or peeling barcode can cause stock to be rejected at the fulfilment centre, mis-shelved, or even mixed up with another seller’s inventory, so print quality and adhesion matter.
Since 31 March 2026, Amazon has required every unit that a reseller sends into FBA to carry its own Amazon-issued FNSKU barcode, even where the product already carries a manufacturer barcode such as a GTIN, UPC or EAN.

Every FNSKU label has to show four things:
● your Amazon-issued barcode
● the product’s ASIN or FNSKU
● the product name
● the item condition
Amazon also requires clear white space around the barcode and label content. Without that margin, the barcode may fail to scan.

We hold A4 die-cut laser label sheets for Amazon’s 21-up layout (our LL21 Labels and our EL21 Labels) and 24-up layout (our LL24 Labels, our EL24 Labels and our EL24S Labels), all on FSC-certified stock and tested for feed reliability through standard office laser printers. Labels for the 44-up layout are available on request.

Getting FNSKU labelling wrong carries a real cost. Amazon marks unlabelled or mismatched stock as defective, applies its own label and charges an unplanned prep fee, and the defect is recorded against your account. Repeated non-compliance can lead to inventory being refused, returned or disposed of, and to future shipments being blocked.

For full guidance on the FNSKU requirement, including exact barcode specifications, label placement and printer settings, read our blog on FNSKU Labelling Requirements.

Integrated Amazon Labels for Merchant-Fulfilled Orders

For merchant-fulfilled (MFN) orders, integrated labels combine the customer invoice, picking note and shipping label on a single A4 sheet. The operator prints once per order, peels the shipping label, sticks it to the parcel, and folds the note inside. That removes the step of matching a separate shipping label to the right order, which is where most picking errors happen at ecommerce scale.

We can supply Amazon-compatible integrated labels in single or double label layouts, so you can include a pre-printed returns label as a second peel-off alongside the outbound shipping label.

Choosing the Right Format

If you run FBA, A4 laser label sheets are the right choice for product barcoding.

If you run MFN with a thermal printer, thermal shipping label rolls are the most efficient option per parcel.

If you run MFN without a dedicated label printer, or you want the invoice and shipping label on the same page, integrated A4 sheets are the simpler option.

Many Amazon sellers use a combination of all three, especially if they fulfil some lines through FBA and some through MFN.
