Single Integrated Labels

A4 Sheets with One Peel-Off Address Label

Our single integrated labels combine a full A4 despatch note and one peel-off address label on a single sheet, so you print your picking list, customer invoice and shipping label in one go. That saves time, cuts paper use and removes the chance of an address label being attached to the wrong order.

Our sheets run cleanly through standard office laser or inkjet printers, with no special hardware required. We have the full range in stock for next day delivery.

Our Single Integrated Label Range

We stock single integrated labels in a choice of label sizes to match your parcels and your courier’s label requirements:

Small address labels (e.g. FPS-18, 100 x 45mm): letterbox items and slim packages.

Standard address labels (e.g. FPS-5, 110 x 80mm): the most common size for letters and mid-size parcels.

Large shipping labels (e.g. FPS-16, 100 x 150mm): for bigger parcels where couriers need more label space.

Extra-large shipping labels (e.g. FPS-20P, 160 x 105mm): for Royal Mail 2D barcodes and full courier label layouts.

How Single Integrated Labels Work

Each sheet has two zones. The peel-off label sits at the top or side of the A4 sheet, with the remaining area used for the despatch note, picking list or customer invoice. When the order is packed, the warehouse operator peels the label and sticks it directly to the parcel. The note itself is folded and goes inside the box.

This one-sheet approach removes the step of matching a separate address label to the right order, which is where most picking errors happen. It also means one print job per order rather than two, which adds up quickly across a busy despatch day.

Choosing the Right Label Size

The right label size depends on your couriers and your typical parcel dimensions. Royal Mail tracked services and 2D barcodes usually need larger labels (160 x 105mm works for most). Most domestic couriers will accept 100 x 150mm. For letters and slim packages, 110 x 80mm or 100 x 45mm is usually enough.

If you are not sure, we can send sample sheets so you can test each size with your printer and couriers before ordering a full box.
