Double Integrated Labels

Our double integrated labels combine a full A4 despatch note with two peel-off address labels on a single sheet. The most common use is one outbound shipping label plus one pre-printed returns label, so the customer can return the parcel without printing anything themselves. You can also use the second label for a split order or a “please retain” copy for warehouse records.

Our sheets run cleanly through standard office laser or inkjet printers, with no special hardware required. We have the range in stock for next day delivery.

Integrated A4 sheets which have two sticky labels for shipping and return addresses. Double integrated label despatch notes can help streamline your despatch process.

Our Double Integrated Label Range

We stock double integrated labels in a choice of label sizes and layouts to match your parcels and your returns process:

FPD-1: two equal labels at 85 x 54mm, ideal for smaller parcels and letterbox items.

FPD-2P: asymmetric sizing with a 110 x 76mm shipping label plus an 80 x 76mm returns label, with a perforation above the labels, for businesses that want a larger outbound label and a compact returns label.

FPD-3: two equal labels at 92 x 61mm, a good middle-ground size for standard parcels.

FPD-5: with an 80 x 80mm despatch label and a larger 100 x 150mm second label for pre-printed returns. Used for Royal Mail Click and Drop.

How Double Integrated Labels Work

Each sheet has three zones: two peel-off labels and the A4 despatch note. You print the outbound address label, the returns label and the invoice or picking note in a single pass. When the order is packed, the first label goes on the parcel, the note with the second label attached (usually a returns label) goes inside the box, folded in alongside the goods so it is easy for your customer to send back the return.

This one-sheet approach removes the step of printing and matching separate labels for despatch and returns, which is where most customer-service-friction comes from. It also means one print job per order rather than two or three.

Shipping Plus Returns: The Most Common Use

The real value of double integrated labels is a frictionless returns experience. If your customer needs to send an item back, they already have a pre-printed, pre-addressed returns label in the box. No printing at home, no queueing at the post office for a label, and no extra admin for your team. For ecommerce businesses competing on customer experience, that matters.

The returns label can be paired with a Royal Mail Tracked Returns service, a courier returns service, or your own collection process. If you need Royal Mail branding on the returns label, we can supply Royal Mail Labels pre-printed linked to your account.

Choosing the Right Label Sizes

The right label size depends on your couriers, your parcel dimensions and what you want to do with the second label. For matched pairs on standard parcels, FPD-3 (92 x 61mm) tends to be a sensible default. For ecommerce with a large outbound label and a smaller returns label, FPD-2P works well. For smaller items where both labels can stay compact, FPD-1 is the most paper-efficient option.

If you are not sure, we can send sample sheets so you can test each layout with your printer and couriers before committing to a full box.
