If you are despatching orders and printing your address label separately from your invoice and picking sheet, integrated labels will save you both time and effort. Each A4 sheet combines everything onto one page. You peel off the address label, apply it to the parcel, and the rest of the sheet stays with the order as the despatch note or invoice. We hold single and double integrated labels in stock in our warehouse, with next day despatch available on orders placed before 3pm.

What Are Integrated Labels?

An integrated label is a standard A4 sheet with one or more peel-off, self-adhesive labels built in. Rather than printing your despatch note and address label separately and matching them up, everything comes off your printer on a single sheet. Peel out the label, stick it on the parcel, and the remaining sheet acts as the invoice or picking slip.

It is a simple idea, but across a busy despatch operation it makes a real difference. Fewer steps, fewer errors, and a tidier workflow from printer to post box.

Choosing Between Single and Double

Single Integrated Labels carry one peel-out label, usually the delivery address, with the rest of the sheet printed as your despatch note or invoice. They are the most commonly used format and suit the majority of e-commerce fulfilment setups.

Double Integrated Labels include two peel-out labels on the same sheet, useful if you need both a delivery address label and a returns label, or if you want to include a separate packing slip label alongside the address. Both formats are supplied on 90gsm paper with a permanent adhesive and are compatible with standard laser and inkjet printers.
