How Flexi-Hex® Bottle Sleeves Work

Flexi-Hex® bottle sleeves are made from layers of paper bonded into a honeycomb pattern. When you slide a bottle into the sleeve, the honeycomb structure opens out and wraps tightly around the bottle, conforming to its shape. This creates a flexible, cushioned lattice that absorbs shock and impact from multiple angles, providing effective protection without rigid inserts or any plastic material.

The sleeves fit  wine, spirit and beer bottles without the need for tape, adhesive or any additional packing material. Bottle Sleeves for Wine, Spirit and Beer Bottles

Flexi-Hex® Bottle Sleeves measure 330mm x 35mm x 20mm flat and expand to grip the bottle when in use. The standard size is engineered to fit most commercial 750ml wine, spirit and beer bottles, and the expandable structure accommodates slight variations in bottle diameter and shape. Sleeves are supplied flat-packed in boxes of 100, which keeps storage compact in your packing area.

Independent testing for Flexi-Hex® has shown that the honeycomb sleeve provides effective protection against drops, shock and vibration. Why Use Honeycomb Bottle Sleeves?

Yes. The standalone Flexi-Hex® bottle sleeve is the same sleeve that ships inside the Flexi-Hex® bottle kits. If you already have kit boxes in stock and need to top up your sleeve supply, the standalone sleeve is the right product.

Q: What size bottles do the sleeves fit?

The standard sleeve (330mm x 35mm x 20mm flat) is engineered to fit most commercial 750ml wine, spirit and beer bottles. The expandable honeycomb structure accommodates slight variations in diameter. For unusually shaped or oversized bottles, request a sample first to test the fit.

Q: Can I use the sleeves on their own without a Flexi-Hex® box?

Yes. Sleeves are often used on their own for local delivery, in-store gift wrapping, retail display and hand-finished presentation layers for premium products.
