As our Managing Director, Victoria takes the lead in driving Forms Plus to year on year growth and success. Since joining the company in 1990, the business has needed to adapt to how the changing technological world has influenced the print industry. Victoria is very proactive in meeting customer’s expectations in terms of choice, speed, cost and convenience. Her commitment and dedication to the continual growth of Forms Plus and the personal development and training of the team, has kept the company at the forefront of customer demand.

Her passion, motivation and foresight were recognised very early on and Victoria was quickly promoted to managing the office and operational side of the company. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service, Victoria takes pride in helping businesses find the best solution for their print requirements. She builds loyal and lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, some of whom have traded with Forms Plus for as long as Victoria has worked in the company. Recognising a business is only as good as the people, she has built up a solid team culture and is passionate that the company never loses sight of its core values which are delivering an efficient, knowledgeable and dependable customer service.

Victoria enjoys the outdoors life, either walking the Cornish coastline with her family and dog or enjoying watching her boys surf. She enjoys keeping fit by going to an early morning bootcamp. Time spent socialising with friends and family is also a favourite past time.
