Donna Wyeth

Donna is our Administrative Co-ordinator. Donna processes bespoke orders, purchases stock and processes invoices for the business. Her role includes analysing reports and updating our stock control system. She has a great eye for detail and provides top class customer service. Donna has 30 years’ experience from a back ground in Packaging, her knowledge from the industry has instantly made her a great asset to the Forms Plus Team. 

Donna moved to Cornwall in Summer of 2020 with her husband. She enjoys spending her time exploring the coastal paths along with seeing the latest shows at The Hall for Cornwall.
